Do I need a paid plan? Most of the course works on the free Claude plan. Three modules (5, 11 and 12) need a paid plan, and each gives you a free-tier workaround.

Is it up to date? The pack is dated October 2026 and was checked against Anthropic’s published information at that date. Plans, models and menus change quickly, so the pack points you to the official pages to check current details.
